Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service or project, please contact us via the “Contact Us” link. Cancellation requests received later than 7 business days before the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation for the next service period.

Refund Policy

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable, so we recommend that you thoroughly check all the details before making any payment. If the payment was made via credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. In the case of payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account.
